A couple of good sources for any start-up business:
1.) Your local Chamber of Commerce, most will usually have seminars and/or individulized help with getting started and writing a business plan as well as networking oppertunities.
2.) Check and see if your county has a Small Business Devolopment Center, many offer classes in getting started as well as a pluthera of resources benificial in helping with the planning and development of a business.
3.) what beemerboy said

A happy customer tells a friend ... An unhappy one tells many friends !!!

Welcome to the South. It is not bad down here. Georgia is tough in the Atlanta and north area but the money is there.
