I'd ask the dentist who did the wraps and find out what they recommend, that can be tricky if there are little holes to watch out for. As for any QD spray I would not think that there would be any problem with it, try an area.
Looking at a few sites they make no mention of waxing just washing and not using pressure. I think that these are wax free wraps from what I am seeing on line
