Since paint is in very good condition, and no polishing is needed, EX will work nice. A couple applications or a single application with a topper would work for this situation. But if it is a metallic, I might be inclined to try PwS first (though I've never hand applied PwS), since you don't mention EX-P as an option.

Can't go wrong with any of them. I say PwS topped with the EX. Never tried the Natty Red, so I cannot comment on it.

I didn't like using EX by hand, so I would suggest PwS...EX was fine by machine for me but I don't think it spreads that well by hand...I used it in November so the cold weather could definitely have had something to do with it.

I've used EX and EXP by hand only and had great results, what are you using to spread in on with, and why don't you think it works well with a hand application?

I think you might have hit upon the problem. What types of temps were you dealing with?

That is my standard for EX and EX-P application. Typically working in ambient temps of at least 55o (and mostly highter).

actually i don't think it's the temperature ... the question i would ask is , are you making the pad or applicator damp before applying EX-P? this will help spread the product thinner and thinner is the way it needs to be applied

I like the PWs bought the big bottle last time. I have both hand and machine applied and thought it was easy to work with both ways.
