Application tip for trim restore. - 07-16-2009, 09:16 AM

A friend of mine has an older trailblazer wiht about 140k miles on it. Whenever we washed it we cleaned the running boards. The other day he used a pressure washer on them. He said it was unbelieveable how much gunk you could see being washed away.

He then applied 1 coat of TR let dry, then wiped. It worked GREAT !!!!! Looks original, no need for a couple of applications etc. It rained after he did it, no running/streaking.

Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It's good to be da King !!!

some will need more than one coat and others not ..
buffing with cotton after is essential so that it does not get too slippery to step on

He's short, so he doesn't have far to fall.

He did wipe with cotton terry.
