Did I sleep through an announcement explaining that Edge pads are now owned by 3M? Or are my eyes and my browser deceiving me? It seems that my attempts all lead me to the 3M site. What's happening or what happened?

I knew all about 3M and Meguiar's, initiated a thread on that topic, but I heard nothing about 3M/Edge. Was there any forum discussion regarding this? Did Aaron go with the company? How is 3M treating the products? Are they continuing with any R&D or just going through with the product as is?

Good question. Just today I read where someone from DtD might still be operating as IAP still selling the Schmitt wash mitt. I think the polishing pads are still available.
So does anyone have any further information about how 3M is handling this? Are they standing pat with the existing Edge product or are they looking to improve and or expand? AM was carrying the re-branded (IIRC) Edge pads.
