Off TopicFor posts that aren't detailing or car care related, we present Off Topic. Please keep it family friendly. Detail City rules of conduct still apply in Off Topic
You just climbed a few notches on the post in my book. Can't make that assumption these days especially when your location is listed as in a van down by the river. You could be in South Jersey for all I know.
ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒΕ Liberty is ours to lose. Stand tall, stand firm, stand together!
"One day you will have to stop being a Muppet...So take the hand out of yer butt and walk for yourself."
Claying does not mean "High end". It means quality/caring. So would actually learning a trade instead of "Hey I can wash and wax a car, so I'ma gonna be a detailer."
well maybe you should email the mods and let them see what he did... i dunno Ron would know more about this than me as he has been a mean Mod before... but if he was harassing you..let them know..maybe they will lift the ban and give him a time out
Me a mean Mod ?!?!?!?!
But yeah, where I mod, we do give time outs for pm's if they are brought to our attention and warrant it.
Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It's good to be da King !!!
I dunno - forums are a private place, and the owners can do as they choose. I've heard of this type instance happening at other forums I visit, and probably most of you have too. While it's hard to ever know the truth about what is said on both sides, it's really not a smart idea to challenge either a sponsor or a owner/manufacturer on their own board as they can pretty much just pull the plug on you. Sometimes it's best to un-bunch the panties and move on with life.
This is a regional sponsor and has no other connection to the site. Ron knows who I'm talking about and even he has had some words with this person.
Once the ban is lifted I intend on write the owner of the site with my thoughts on what happened, for no other reason that self satisfaction
