We signed up for HBO today after about a two year boycott. I want to see the new WWII series, "Pacific."

I've enjoyed several HBO series over the years, The Wire, Deadwood, Rome, and of course Band of Brothers. But they just irritate the hell out of me with their sporadic schedules. (Do you think if we beg and wait long enough, the prima donas on The Sopranos will ever grace us with another four or five episodes?)

This is your last chance, HBO. Not even Hanks & Spielberg will bring me back next time. Hey! The show starts in ten minutes.

It's all over priced to me... I won't get any movie channels. This is what we should all do. Demand that we get to pick what channels we want to pay for. Customize your own tv. We have over 500 channels and only watch maybe a dozen and a half. How pathetic is that? And to get the channels you want to watch, you have to upgrade to the next package, just for one channel.....

I've got HBO and some other movie channels. I agree its overpriced. I couldn't convince my wife to get the package that VH1 classics and Speed is on, but its ok to pay for the same movies over and over every month lol.
