Who wants a Shout Box?

Every now and then I get asked about getting a shout box on here. So I am gonna do a poll and if I get enough people saying yes I want a shout box then we will get a shout box.

No one seems to be using the chat room so I didn't think a shout box would get much use either but maybe I'm wrong.

Any comments are welcome.

Given that having a Chat Room was something that seemed to have a lot of interest and gets hardly any use, I question if the shout box would be worth the effort.
When the old shout box was operating, it seemed to be used more for weather reporting than anything else.

It has to get frustrating when people ask for these things and then make very little use of them after you go to the trouble and expense to make it happen.
The Gallery, The Trading Post, The Chat Room all are good examples of under used areas.
Would the Shout Box do any better?

I guess it would be nice to have. I also suppose that I would use it for a period of time but doubt that I would be using it any more than the three word thread or the thread that never ends.

If it costs money then that is another situation completely.

I don't think the other stuff(chatroom, gallery and trading post) is used enough to justify getting a shoutbox. It'll have it's appeal for a week or two and then go unused. Just my opinion.

basically an instant messenger that is open to all members to talk to each other and anyone on the site can see what is being said.

Because I want one. I thought you,Nourah,I and some other members had fun when we had a shoutbox. Now if it cost money or a pain to set up then forget it.
