Finance Degree, Yet I detail cars...

    Hello everyone.

I am a recent college graduate from southwest Michigan, soon to be in Greenville, SC!

Instead of a long post that everyone will "TLDR" I will just give you all cliffs.

-Worked in a warehouse for an AutoMagic/ProTec distributor/ detail shop.
-I have done engine swaps, built track cars.
-My first experience with paintwork was in an auto body class in highschool. My friend was building a b16a gt28rs powered 92 Civic hatchback track car. I did some very crude rust abatement and painted his white hatchback Urban Green? I think it was a BMW factory color.
-I have owned a 96 frost white accord sedan which I swapped an h22 into.
-I have owned a 95 green VW Golf 5dr hatchback with the ABA 2 litre.
-I have owned a 94 milano red Integra LS.
    -Many other daily drivers/winter cars.

    I currently drive a 98 Accord 2.3l 5spd sedan with 214,000+ miles.
I have a degree in Finance and Commercial Law with a minor in Economics and Real Estate Finance.

I am here for entertainment and to further educate myself.

    Thanks!

    Jake

Welcome! You`ll find plenty of other car heads here. If you have any pics of those projects I think we`d all love to see them.

    Welcome Jake

This is a great place to learn.

Love the cliffs, did you pick that up on the Misc? Just curious.

Anyway, I have a finance degree as well from Boston University School of Management.

I started detailing in HS to make extra $ but in hind site, it was not really detailing. Just washing and waxing.

You gentlemen with the degrees in finance need not worry, with a little hard work and dedication you can still work your way up to being a most excellent Detailer. The real bonus here is you`ll have no problems keeping the records straight for the IRS.
