We have a fishmonger in Dallas that has fresh fish flown in daily. They are doing a special on lobster for Valentine's Day. I've never fixed it myself, I have fond memories of my Grandmother broiling lobster tails and serving with drawn butter. Goodness that was some fine eating

King crab legs and fresh lobster are definitely on my top 10 list. We mountain folk can get lobster at places like Red Lobster or the likes but it just isn't right. Sorry to have taken this introduction so far off track, my stomach got the better of me. Most of the time I have to avoid any threads in which Ron is taking part. He makes me too hungry. Now I see it's not all his fault.
