Titusville: pronounced (tight-us-ville), about 40 miles East of Orlando. Just started a mobile detailing business and sunk a bank account full of cash into this job after spending the past 4 years driving over the road (tractor trailer). Left job due to lack of freight (scary, I know). Business is doing OK but could be better - right now a little slow probably because everyone just spent their last dime over the holidays. I am setting the bar for myself to be an upscale detailing and if wasn't for forums like these I wouldn't have access to the wealth of knowledge that we do today. So here I am, hello to everyone.

Welcome.

I am definitely jealous of the guys who are entering the detailing world when it comes to all the free knowledge that is available to them. I bought my detail business from someone who didn't really know how to detail a car properly. I spent years trying to learn everything I was suppose to know as a professional. It would have been nice to have resources like this back then.

If it were warmer here, I would probably say........

But since it's cold, I won't, but if it wasn't I would.

Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It's good to be da King !!!

Dig in and immerse yourself in reading some older and more recent posts covering topics which interest you. Compare and contrast your experiences with ours. Oh yeah... there is a Corvette shop down here. That's one of those cars that go kinda fast right? My wife won't let me have one because she thinks I might get in trouble. She thinks right.
