New Guy from Pittsburgh - 08-25-2009, 10:05 AM

New guy here from Pittsburgh Pa. My name is Kris and i have a small side detailing business. Im coming to this site in hopes to learn some new tips and tricks to save time and money. I have been detailing cars since i was 16 years old. Detailing to me is my time to relax and regroup.
I have been using the same distributer for was and chemicals and have been pretty happy but i am here open minded to try some new supplies.

Welcome!

Lots of good people, and great sponsors/vendors. So you'll get good info and great products.

Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It's good to be da King !!!

Welcome to the group

I like beer. On occasion I will even drink a beer to celebrate a major event such as the fall of communism or the fact that our refrigerator is still working.

I'm more of a hobbyist at the moment...I pretty much put my first pad to paint this May. I've only been doin my personal car with a PC really, and that's about the extent of my expertise. I'd def be into taggin along and pickin up some tricks of the trade tho!

I am from Tarentum. My shop is in Brackenridge though. I have been to the place in the mall but it has been quite a while. What do you recommend that he has there? I have been using products from Pro currently and I have been pleased with the results. I am always looking to try something new.
