Ive been lurking for sometime now absorbing every bit of information i possibly could, and i think its time for my to officially join autopia.org

A little about me: Chances are you already know my first name by my username, I`m 19 years old and it all started working at Valvoline Instant Oil Change with a detail shop on the other side of the building. When i was not working i was on the other side learning the ropes of detail both interior and exterior. Later on I switched over to Super Lube Oil Change and this Hack came in saying he opened up a Mobile Detailing business i asked him a few questions and clearly he didn`t know what he was doing, saying he used "Home made waxes and soaps" and his business card had a Nissan Skyline drifting and an email address of 420smoker69@gmail.com (or something like that) which gave me a good laugh. Later on I decided I can do that better then him and looked into the market to see if anyone around here does mobile washes/details. I started to scheme up business plan and do some more research that`s when I stumbled upon this site and its plethora of knowledge, lurked around for 1-2 weeks and used my Tax refund to get some business cards, door magnets and all the detail supplies i would need. ONR, CG citrus shampoo if too dirty, Autoglym Polish, Clay bar, optiseal along with buckets and other tidbits I had myself a small set up in no time. Im saving up for a Random Orbital Buffer along with some other polishes. I`ve done a few cars, but having problems getting my name out there and a steady stream of customers but i have faith, with my website up now and an adverting in a church bulletin board (one of the biggest ones around) I should get some more customers.

All in all im looking forward to being part of this website, thanks for reading!

My plan is to get the HD Polisher Kit, it looks perfect for my mobile set-up. I show my friends the different topics on this website and how precise detailing can actually be and there stunned that washing/Detailing a car takes so many steps. I try to spend 30 minutes a day on here and always find something interesting and new to read.
