Trying to figure out the best interior cleaner and protectant, having too many problems with what im using
From my experience, the best products I`ve used are..
Blackfire Interior Cleaner
Blackfire Interior Protect
303 Aerospace
Meguiars Ultimate Protectant
APC (Blackfire/Pinnacle)
What are you currently using? What problems are you having?
Best is an entirely subjective way to assess a product`s effectiveness, so be aware that there is a margin of bias in people`s responses (my own included).
For a cleaner, are you looking for something to do light duty cleaning? Heavy grime removal? Maintenance cleaning? Should I assume hard surfaces only (not something tailored for fabric or carpet).
With a protectant, what characteristics are desirable to you? Natural look? High gloss? Satin sheen? Durability? How it affects surface feel?
Well im using cheap stuff so that to me is an obvious problem, and it just wasnt doing the job good enough.
As a cleaner looking for both heavy grime removal & maintenance cleaning, and yes intended for hard surfaces. Im trying to get a good scented product thatll keep hard surfaces well protected. I guess just depending on if i want a high gloss or a natural look i could go with either one.
I love my Chemical Guys InnerClean for surfaces and megs APC can be used to clean the carpet.
Here are my suggestions,
For maintenance I like to use Meguiars Quick Interior Detailer. It cleans dust and light smudges easily, has a fresh scent to it, and leaves a little bit of protection behind. Plus you can order it by the gallon!
For a stronger interior cleaner, try Meguiars APC+. You can use it for a variety of tasks based on the dilution ratio, and its very affordable.
For a good protectant, I like to use 303 Aerospace Protectant (no shine/low shine) or CarPro PERL (low shine/satin shine). These two products can be used on the inside of the car or the outside which adds to their versatility, and PERL can be diluted for use on different surfaces which makes it a great value.
Hope this helps!
For cleaning Poorboys APC ( it`s a detergent based cleaner) on a 10 to 1 ratio for plastics, vinyls and such.
Leatherique for leather
Poorboys Natural look for dressings and leatherique for protection or PB Leather stuff.

I really have no favorite cleaners just due to cleaning ability. I use DP Total Interior Cleaner, CG InnerClean, 1z Cockpit Premium, Mothers VLR.
For protectants, Mothers VLR (one step), Mothers Protectant, DP Total Interior Protectant.
I typically decide which one depending on the mood.

The Need to Bead
Me personally, I like the Blackifire Combo. Cleaner does a great job even on the dirtiest interiors, and the protectant leaves a great dry sheen.
