Ordered some Natty`s Blue and Optimum waterless wash from ExcelDetail, got it yesterday. Noticed there was no invoice in the package, didn`t think much of it, as I could always print one out. Today, I recieved an envelope with my address, handwritten from ExcelDetail. Inside, was the invoice! Amazing customer service. Thank you Patrick, need more businessmen like you around.

I made an order once, arrived quick and I was happy. Few days later I get 5-10 bucks back on my credit card, he said you were entitled to a discount that you didn`t enter. How many places would do that without the customer asking....

    Great guy

One thing I like about exceldetail is the fact he ships usps as I tend to always have a problem with packages being shipped to me ups. Other than that, I`ll be over there placing an order in a couple of days for some optimum no rinse, some ww`s, and maybe some other stuff. :xyxthumbs

That is strange last order I placed at the end of January came via FedEx. thought he was getting away from USPS as it was creating more problems for him.

Awww crap! Didn`t no he changed shipping options. I haven`t ordered over there for awhile. Maybe I`ll just move out of my apartment and into a house so that I can get packages delivered with no issues...since it seems as if everyone ships either ups or fedex. :p

Well I can not say that he does not use USPS anymore but my order cam via FedEx. I would ask him first about his shipping supplier. also did not want to seem that I am complaining about the change in vendors, just wanted to let people know what they might expect. hey I have no complaints, order came cross country in 5 days after I placed it. I will say that you are still dealing with Patrick and he is fantastic. the shipping might be a touch more but I am looking at his end where he does not have to deal with USPS if he does not need to. maybe he will chime in and comfirm.
