I guess I just never noticed it happening all that much, but then again, I don't look at a lot of the click & brag photos.
So many of them are of a vehicle that is new or almost new and I figure a new car should look pretty good.

I do not see why they cannot be in the same folder as the brag photos since there are not that many correction jobs being posted.

That doesn't bother me. It's nice to see a well detailed car even if it's new and didn't take as much skill or effort to get it that way.

To each their own.
I often make the comment that "Anyone can have a nice new car, all you have to do is sign the contract. Having a nice old car takes some effort".

Also, it doesn't bother me, I just don't pay much attention to them. If I want to see nice photos of new cars, I look at Motor Trend.

I have a Lamborghini and a Vanquish to do tomorrow but they are in too good of shape for my details to show major improvement. So I shouldn't bother taking any pics. Nobody wants to see them I bet. I'll wait until I get a rolling cafeteria to show off my detail skills.

I agree. I don't visit the click and brag section that much either, unless it is a specific vehicle I want to look at. It has been discussed ad nauseum how photos can (and are) be manipulated.

Yes photos can be doctored and photos also don't show defects as well as in real life but hey I still enjoy seeing what people are working on and seeing a run down car get revitalized.

Ummm. Breast implants and corrective surgery are manipulations too but I'm not going to cry foul there either.
