Email notifications..HELP!

For a few weeks now, I haven't been getting notifications for almost all of the forums that I subscribe to. I haven't changed anything on my browser and all my forum settings are still to receive notifications...what gives???

Check that all your settings are set to receive instant e-mail notifications for PM's and subscribed threads.
I'll send you a PM and you can see if you get a notification.
The only thing I ever hear anybody suggest is to clear your cookies.

I have been having this problem also going back at least 1 year here on Detail City, Autopia, Detailers Club And on Meguiar's. I have tired countless time to contact Meguiar's to see if the could tell me if there was a E-mail notification sent to determine if my service provider was scrubbing out E-mails generated from there site....I just gave up. I was thinking the mass E-mails generated by these sites were marked as spam by my service providers soft ware. no one seems to understand the vBulletin program enough to find the answers to solve the problem, or I'm not conveying my question right with out confusing the second party. Either way it was easier to use a different account.

The fix I use today is that I'm using a gmail and have not see any problems with the E-mail notifications since opening this account.

I haven't been getting any notifications from here either, but still do from others, such as Autopia. From what I've read on other boards, this seems to be a v-bulletin glitch. No real "fix" is apparently known.

When that hacker hit the site sometime back my email notification stopped except for PM's......when Dwayne re-did this site to .org it started back up again...I did nothing in either case to start or stop it.....strange
