Can you tell me the name of a good program so that i can resize for posting. And also what is the proper format and size for the pictures to work best.

www.tinypic.com does everything for you. Just upload it and copy the IMG file. After that, just paste it here and it show up just fine.

i use microsoft photo editor to resize pics, which i beleive comes standard on many computers now.
