    Iron X Lemon Scent

About a month ago I won a Bottle of Car Pro Reflect and Iron X Lemon Scent and finally got a chance to try them out. I was very impressed with the Reflect and found it a joy to use. Am I going to feel the same about the new scented Iron X.

Well we all know what Iron X smells like and we all know it works, what everyone is wanting to know is. Does this stuff smell any better? Well it probably can’t smell any worse than the original. I’m happy to report that while it may not smell like that new cake of Fuzion it defiantly smells better than the original Iron X.

Would I use it in a closed up garage no way, but with plenty of ventilation the product is not that bad to use. So how well does it work? Is it as good as the original? I had just the wheel to try it out on. As you can see this wheel started off pretty bad, but after two rounds of Megs WB at 3:1 it`s looking pretty good most would probably call it good. But is there anything hiding? Lets see what Iron X Lemon Scent can find.

    After WB X2. Not bad.

Iron X LS lightly sprayed on wheel and barrel. Probably didn’t use 2 ozs on all the wheels. You tell me, was there anything left behind?

    Re: Iron X Lemon Scent

I clean my wheels on a regular basis with soap and water. Maybe twice a year, I`ll spray on some Sonax Full Effect to remove the embedded brake dust, but there always seems to be brake dust left behind. I follow-up with Iron X Paste to remove the remaining brake dust.

Is the Iron X Spray a better alternative than the Sonax?

How much agitation was required in the two rounds of Meguiar`s?

What type of brush did you use to clean the barrels?

Excellent review Ron! Did you notice the IX-LS clinging better than IX?

I have noticed a better cling with the IX-LS. I know this to be another benefit of the new version just wasn`t published as a feature due to the fast that very few people would actually notice this.

I can see many who have used the original then have moved to the LS version have noticed a must better adherence to the the paint.
