Good Buy on Soap?? I Hope - 08-18-2010, 07:52 PM

I was at this place that sells close outs and I bought 3 gallons of Turtle Wax Platinum Wash Soap for 50 cents per gallon.
Hope it is worth the money.

I thought that this winter when I get snow\salt\mud and crude on my SUV I would use this stuff.

I would say that is an excellent buy. I think I paid @ $3/64 oz. and thought I had a deal. Very decent soap as I recall.

.50 per gallon is a heck of a deal for any soap!

`Well I have several gallons of DP Wash & Gloss I will add a couple ounces of that to the wash solution, That will add some lubricity and gloss to it.

You cannot even buy water at that price at many places.

My father caught a deal on that stuff or something similar years ago. I think he bought several bottles. He might have finally run out after a few years.

I say awesome buy! If anything just use it for the wheels, tires, and all the other little goodies.

Heck, around here bottled water is more expensive than gasoline.
