Their products are now available at Canadian Tire. Looked at the store here in Bridgewater N.S. and about 6 or 7 different items available. So what are their must try products?

Supposedly they are making their way into Wal-Mart as well.

SRP is nice. I'd like to try the HD Wax, but it's $49.99 @ CT, whereas it's only $35 @ Wal-Mart USA. Guess I'll wait until I make a run for the border.

When you buy in the US do you have to pay a tax to bring it back into Canada.

If you go for just the day, then yes. If you stay 48 hours, you are allowed (I think) $400 tax free. If you stay a week, I think it's $800. (Again, not too sure of the actual $ amount, but I think this is accurate.)

The only things you don't pay tax on are groceries. (Neither country charges tax on that anyway.)

But you pay sales tax on them when you buy over here in the US, right?

Not groceries (processed stuff like cookies are taxed, of course).
Waxes etc. are taxed when purchased in the US then we get charged tax by the Canadian Gov't to bring it across. But, surprisingly, it's often still cheaper than buying the same wax up here. Meguiar's stuff especially.

I was very impressed with their custom wheel cleaner, the rubber and vinyl care worked well also. Now if we could only get the better Meg's products in Nova Scotia, life would be grand!

Most of the time, even if you're there for the day and you tell customs you only spent $75 they don't care.

Plus, does everyone always tell their exact amount?

Still way cheaper to buy in the US even if you had to pay the taxes.

I bought the HD wax Saturday and used it on a black Firebird. Its the first product I've bought at Walmart in a long time. I was pretty impressed with it. Out of pure impulse I also grabbed the Turtle Wax 6 inch orbital polisher. I had the idea of gluing a 6 inch finishing pad to it. My idea worked but the polisher sucked of course. I retuned it this evening lol.
