Poorboys White Diamond show glaze review

I was fortunate enough to get some prior to it`s release and I had to patiently wait till this product was released, before I could tell you about it...but here goes.

    Poorboys White Diamond show glaze

Product: One of the new products that was introduced this year at Detailfest III.
A show glaze for light colored vehicles

    Packaging & Labeling:Traditional Poorboy’s packaging & label

Label instructions: Clear and easy to follow

    Directions:
    Shake well
Can be used by hand or by machine applied on a cool surface
By hand: Apply with terry towel or wax applicator in circular motion, allow to haze and buff off w/ soft cloth
By buffer: Work in 2 x 2 sections buffer speed should be between 1400 & 1800 RPM easing up on pressure as gloss develops. Use with either foam or wool pads

    Features/claims:

    Fills and removes swirl marks
Leaves a durable long lasting brilliant shine
    Excellent on dark colored paints

    My process:
I washed car w/ ONR, then went for my PC and a polishing pad applying enough product to work ¼ of my hood w/ the pc @ 5 easing my pressure as the gloss developed let it haze slightly and removed with a clean MF. Then I made a second pass with a finishing pad w/ the PC @ 2.
    Note:
I only washed the car, it was not clayed or any other polishing was done

    My findings:
I used the 2 different types of pads to see, how much correcting and how much filling was being done. I must say I was surprised by the amount of correction was done, granted the swirls were light but still there. The second pass with a finishing pad gave me the look I was after. It left me with a clean and very slick and wet looking surface. This product will definitely have a home in my lineup, it will be great for the in between full detail freshen up, as well as adding some gloss before my LSP

    Now for the pics:
    Before:

    Polishing pad:

    Finishing pad:

Finished: topped only with a sample of QD+

Oh and it does work on darker colors too

Tried it on my cutlass (the test bed), with rather nice results I may add.

Questions and comments are always welcome.
    Thanks for reading

    Looking good!

Will you be topping it with some wax?
How long the White Diamond with a wax over it lasts will be interesting to me. 4 to 6 weeks would be plenty.

I topped the black one with UPP, and I plan on doing the same with the olds. So I am hoping for 6 weeks minimum, it`s been about 3 weeks now and still holding strong.

I`ve had White Diamond topped by EX-P on the hood of my car for about month now. It`s seen pollen, sun and rain along with frequent washings. It`s holding up well.
