duragloss aqua wax review... - 09-07-2007, 09:42 PM

well, got my bottle today. washed this evening and applied. WOW. used different products before BUT NOTHING LIKE THIS. easy off/no streaking/awesome shine. magic in a bottle? real close. did not apply to the glass. is it safe for glass? i understand that you use it sparingly. 1 to 2 times a month? this will become a staple on my shelf!! //dave//

I have been using Spray and Wipe then following up with Aquawax as my regular detail. Been doing this about 3 times per week for the last month. My Murano looks dripping wet. Check it out.

yeah that stuff is awsome. i used it about a month ago after hearing about it so much on this site, so i ordered some and i could'nt beleive the results, very wet and slick. recently i started applying it with a foam applicator then buffing it off, it's not absorbed into the mf and allows for a nice thin coat of product and better coverage imo. give it a shot. between using aw i wipe down with pb's s&g WOW.

AW can be used on all parts of the car...glass ...paint..trim....chrome....wheels...no staining....

DG said its best to use about once a month since it is a spray sealant and can build up and start muting colors....they recommend using the fast Clean and Shine weekly as a QD...it has the same effects as AW but has a cleaner also..but not as much sealant in it..... ..but the existing AW will remain on the paint any ways....

Autogeek does sell it. $7.50 for 22oz spray bottle

I've not tried it yet. I just received a sample from a friend and I'm looking forward to giving it a try.

when using on a dry car, better to buff off while wet or let dry first?
