Frozen
If you want to try the meguiars wait for the updated one to come out. The velcro backing comes unglued after only a use or two. Meguiars is working on the problem. When the update will be available I do not know. I hope soon, because I can purchase pads locally. I only purchase megs pads only when I need to, because the pads are disposable.
OPP cut is between LC cutting and LC polishing, just alittle more than Megs polishing pad. I have not noticed a haze or scratching caused by the OPP. The OPP buffs very cleanly. The downside of OPP is the velcro backing can be pulled off if the
backing plate velcro is strong. (CMA BP=strong Meg's BP= very weak)Further, the OPP require a small
backing plate or the back of the pad will become damaged. I like the OPP, but will not use the pad until the problems are corrected. I did not get many uses out my OPP. Try an OPP you, you will either love it or hate it.
Dwayne was selling the OPP, so PM him. I do not think he has any left, will not be stocking them again because CMA is the exclusive distributor of the OPP.
The LC/CMA yellow is a very dense pad, has a strong cutting action. Meg's red has less cut, but not much less. Megs red does not leave as much haze or scratching if any.
