You're winter protection combo!

Zaino is it! Layer it up before winter and don't forget to do your rims!! Try to get a few washes in over the winter and your finish should be in pretty good shape in the spring. I have been weathering the Pittsburgh Salt/Pothole filled winters this way for years with good results.

Last winter I used 3x layers of SG topped with 3x layers of #476 & I still had significant (reduced but still significant) beading in the spring after a Western New York winter featuring snow, ice, numerous visits to the wand wash, an occasional bucket wash, and ungodly amounts of salt.

I've never used Zaino but I'm sold on the SG/#476 combo.

Didn't have a car to worry about last winter.

Anyway this winter I plan on doing 2-3 coats of UPP on the RSX. I think that should be adequate. I also plan on garaging it whenever snow is "predicted" just so I don't have to remove the snow from my car.

Last year I wanted to :doh watching people remove snow from their cars with ice scrappers and shovels :bigscream

I was always a Collinite man but i belive a sealent is the way to go and because i'm not going for looks i'm going to do the SG route on the Baja when ever i get the chance.
