    A Hard Body 2005 Honda S2000

With the introduction of the Wolf`s line to the ACC store, I decided to use some of the line on this week`s car: a Berlina Black 2005 Honda S2000. A coworker`s daily driver that, while in OK shape, hadn`t been pampered by any stretch of the imagination.

    As arrived, it had issues.

    Decon
Wheels - Wolf`s Chemicals “Clean & Coat” Nano Wheel Cleaner 1 Liter
Tires - Optimum Power Clean 128 ounce, All Purpose Cleaner, APC
Foam - Chemical Guys Citrus Wash Red + Optimum Power Clean 128 ounce, All Purpose Cleaner, APC
    GDPWM - Chemical Guys CitrusWashClear
"Clay" - Nanoskin Autoscrub Fine Foam Pad – 6 inch + Griots Garage 6 Inch Random Orbital Polisher (2nd Gen) + Detailer`s Rinseless Wash & Gloss

    More issues were revealed.

Paint correction was a bit tricky: black paint that was soft and sticky and took several attempts to find a combination that would work. In the end, a 2 pass correction was required.
    1) Rupes LHR 21ES Big Foot Random Orbital Polisher + Optimum Microfiber Polishing Pad (1st Gen) + Meguiars M100 Pro Speed Compound 32 oz
    2) Rupes LHR 21ES Big Foot Random Orbital Polisher + CCS 6.5 inch Green Polishing/Finishing Pad + CarPro Fixer Polishing Compound 500 ml

Compounding produced good correction but did leave hazing and stuck to the paint.

In smaller areas, the RUPES 15 and GG6 were used with 5", 4" and 3" pads.

Paint was cleaned with Meguiar`s Glass Cleaner Concentrate and followed with a heavy rinseless using Wolf`s Chemicals Mean Green Rinseless Car Wash 1 Liter for the dust. Then, as alluded to in the title, LSP was Wolf`s Chemicals Hard Body Nano Coating 150 ml. applied with my GG6 + LC Blue CCS pad. This is a daily driver so 100% (or even 90%) correction was not attempted but the owner was floored when he picked it up.

    Other products used:
Tires - Chemical Guys Silk Shine Dressing & Protectant
    Headlights - GG6 + 3" Surbuf + Megs M100 & protected with Wolf`s HB
Exhaust tips - P21S Polishing Soap
    Glass - Megs D120

The plan was to use Wolf`s Chemicals “Trim Coat” Nano Dressing 150 ml. on the wiper scuttle but ran out of time (an early performance by the Capital Suspects ). Will do that next time.

    Thanks for viewing. Questions welcome.

I have actually been using Wolf`s products for close to 6 months. My favorites, in order, are Mean Green Rinseless, Shine & Seal, Clean & Coat, Trim Coat and Hard Body. I have Deironizer but haven`t used it yet - in spite of being the product I wanted to try most. Also have access to The Mask but haven`t tried that one either.

I had a plan to write some mini-reviews but didn`t make it this weekend.
