Wash n Wax with Natty's Red - 11-17-2009, 09:19 AM

As promised here are some pics of my son's 2009 Tacoma in silver metallic. The paint was in pretty nice shape, very little swirling, virtually no contaminates, so no real prep work was done prior to waxing. This was just an exterior spruce up only.

Products used:
Wash - Poorboy's Super Slick n Suds

Tires - DP gel wheel cleaner

Wheels - Poorboy's Apc with a dilution of 5:1, treated with cheapo TW spray foam. Also used this under fender wells to use up.

Exterior Trim - Poorboy's Trim Restorer

LSP - Natty's Red of course, removed with DMT towels.

My photography skills are pretty weak and it was a cloudy day, but I hope you enjoy the pics as much as I enjoyed using the Natty's Red.

Nuttin like it is there? It's great stuff and habit forming.
My favorite combo !!

Now if you're ready to take "the next step"..........................

on the last coat for a while, put it on, let it haze, then LIGHTLY spray an area with qd+ then buff both off together.

Unfortunately, it has rained here mon - wed . My son drives it to high school everyday so I couldnt see if the look improved over time with it now dirty. I hope I can clean it up again this weekend, time permitting.

Very nice! I have a feeling we'll be parked side-by-side at more than a few shows next summer! Hopefully we can get the whole Indy Mustang Club to switch over to Poorboy's products!

mcate- dude- oh yes- I used the nattys red over the DGloss 101- purdy good- will never be good as yours- doubt seriouisly if there is more than a dozen detailers on the forum as gifted as you- might be a little more knowledgeable but you rock man......I will say, your cars are like new and you never let them get in critical condition- but dang dude- that black mustang is the nicest black car I have EVER seen since I've been alive- scary man- up close- and then you redid it-----you kill me.

yes I'll be at the shows but won't enter it- can't compete with your SHINE
