detailing my xc - 04-17-2009, 10:19 AM

these are the before pics of my car when i went some mild off roading here.
I did powerwash after taking these pics.
powerwash @ 2200 psi

i only hand wash my cars. Just taking a break from polishing and waxing my car. I had one minor mishap broke my side turn indicator. Can't wait to finish the left side of the car.

The wheel wells were clean with a spray of griot's under carriage spray. I have finished my xc just waiting for some drier weather to take pictures of it.
as it has been raining off and on the last two days.

Detailed my XC70( pic heavy) - 04-22-2009, 11:46 AM

bumper tap back in jan.



products used
griots car wash
griots paint clay w/ griots speed shine
invisible glass cleaner on windows and the lience plates
mothers metal polish on the chrome
griots machine polish 1,2,and 3
griots best of show wax
simple green and grease lightning on the wheels and tires
wheel wax( front wheels got 2 coats)
armor all extreme tire shine aerosal( testing it out)
meguiars plastX clear plastic cleaner and polish
armor protectant spray
the finished pics































the tape is holding in the side marker






































this was big detail almost 20+hours to finish it
