VW Polo Wolfgang Detail - 10-28-2008, 03:55 AM

So here in South Africa, we kinda limited to the amount of products on offer i'v been dying to try out the likes of Wolfgang , PoorBoysworld*Sampler Hint Hint* etc ..which is not available in SA

After receiving my Wolfgang Concours-Series kit & Fuzion wax as a gift from my G/F (i know i'm a lucky guy).. and thanks to the amazing service of the Detailcity Team for arranging the shipping to SA and going the extra mile every time i deal with them *thanx folks* , I received :

I decided for a change to take a break from detailing clients cars do a long over due detail on my car.

Products used :
Wolfgange Bathe (wash)
Fine Clay
Wolfgang Total Swirl remover 3.0 (Paint correction applied with Makita BO6040 DA polisher & Orange LC CCS pad)
Wolfgang Finishing glaze 3.0 (applied with DA Black LC CCS pad)
Wolfgang Estate Fusion wax
Wolfgang Instant Detail Spritz, This Stuff is AWESOME !

And here is the results :

I loved the Fusion wax with the Instant detail spritz Combo left a wet deep shine on the paint work.

On the wolfgang DVD they mention swirl remover is not suitable for rotary use ? anyone had any experience using wolfgang with a Rotary would have loved to use the 9227CB with it ?

Thanx for looking.

Not sure why the DVD says that, but the Wolfgang polishes will work perfect with a rotary.

Great results, the paint looks very rich and wet.

I thought as much ... seeing as its developed with menzerna which i'm very fond off and use with rotary ..

I love the Wolfgang range .. the Instant detail Spritz is Awesome ! have to get myself a gallow .. to bad the exchange rate is like 11ZAR:1US :-( makes it a bit expensive ...

Anyone know whats the cut:gloss ratio of total swirl remover 3.0 compared to Menzerna

impressive products though ... looking to put them thru their paces in the comming weeks ..

TSR 3.0 has nearly the same cut of Super Intensive Polish, with less dusting / more working time and in turn, a finer result and more gloss.
