5 series BMW for car show - 07-01-2006, 11:05 AM

Hello everyone,

This is the second and last car that I detailed for my local car show. THis car is owned by one of my friends who was back from the Air Force for a couple of weeks. I detailed his car for free in return for him service our country so proudly. We both worked on the car for 2 hours and some how managed to finish is all up.

Paint

Wash w/ foam gun and TOL BB 10:1
Menzerna po85rd via meguiars polishing pad @1500
Pinnacle Souveran

Wheels Region

Rims, Tires, and Wells cleaned with Meguiars Wheel Brightener 2:1
Wheels Dressed with Hyper Dressing 3:1
Tires Dressed with CG VRT
Rims Sealed with PB WS

Engine

Degreased with Meguiars Super Degreaser 4:1
Dressed with Hyper Dressing 3:1
Painted areas shined with OCW

MISC

Wiped down with S+W and #425 to remove rain drops from a short rain shower.

You can see my blue canopy in the back of the car. I had my weight bags and they worked amazingly well.

1 more non-showcar coming up.

I have the same canopy.
88.98 at Wally World. I'm buying another for side by side action! The best buy out there to me.

Nice! Love the way the shots come out with your new cam.

I see you used a tad bit more gloss on the tires than usual...

Great job!
