Detailed the car last weekend. Zaino Z7 car wash, then it was polished completely with Meguiars swirl remover 2.0 to remove swirls (installed by the dealer) then 3 layers of Zaino Z2 with ZFX, then topped off with Zymol destiny. Autoglym on the tires & 1Z Chrome polish for the exhaust.

Btw the color is carbon black, they added more blue tints in the paint, the carbon black used on the E39 5 series was more black.

And here`s the result! Too bad the pics never do a shine really justice.

Man, BMW designs are soooo nice. The *** end of that car is so clean looking.

Tasty took the words out of my mouth. A beautiful automobile and a professional detailing job! I`m sure the car didn`t look that good coming off the assembly line. Wow!

Beautiful car and detail... nice work! Off topic question, but from the reflection off of the roof, it does not look like it has a sunroof? I was under the impression all 5-series in the US came stock with a sunroof, maybe that is different overseas?
Signature modified because it was over the limit.

    Not in Europe !

And all options are terribly expensive as well! I just kept my car under a certain prize limit, since the car as is is near 90k euro, which is ~$115k. For that money you could buy a M5 + a decent 325i in the states.

Now, we don`t really earn more than US people, so you do the math... :down

Yes, it is a diesel. The fastest factory diesel there is at the moment. 272 bhp and 413l/ft of torque. Twin turbocharged Does 0-62 mph in 6.5. It has a restricted topspeed of 155mph and only comes with a great automatic. It can hang with a 545i .
