    2006 Victory Red Corvette

This guy came down from Virginia to have some work done at a local tuner shop here in Dallas and heard about me and wanted me to detail it, so it was a little different not having the typical hose and outlet.

I took it to the car wash, and did what I could right there.

    Process:

    Dawn Wash

    Claybar

    Z5

    ZCS

    Z8

    pics are after claybar

sun peaked out for just a second.

All look really good so far!

The car wash shots really take me back. When I first started out, I hadn`t discovered rinseless washes yet so I had to do the cars at the customer`s house and use their hose or drive it to a coin-op.

Excellent work. Your labor was definitely rewarded by the deep, rich, wet, crystal clear and color hue perfect results.

Don`t you love the way CS makes the plastic trim shine like they were dressed with ArmorAll or 303.

    Gotta love Vettes. :getdown

Well, he was staying in a hotel (came down from VA just to have me detail his car ) and I get my new garage this weekend, otherwise I would of had him come over to my garage, but I had to work with what I had for the moment and that was the car wash. He`d already fully washed it that morning from the long drive from VA so washing wasn`t a big deal, just wanted to get up under the rims and wells and such, then clay and Zainofy it to death.:hifive:

Oh yea, the CS is really coming in handy and makes things a lot quicker.

I used to have a vette so I typically have more vette customers then anything else for now........not complaining about that.:getdown

    Fantastic work on the Vette’s!

What are your thoughts on Clear Seal?

I’m pretty impressed with CS on glass, textured hard plastic & trim, wheels, lighting, running boards, and interior trim pieces.

I’ve also been running CS on engine bays and it blows CD-2 away (which is what I used to use). APC Clean, ZAIO polish, and CS on everything. Works great, and it hold up well. It repels dust and grease better than ANYTHING I’ve ever used.

I’ve been running Clear Seal on my wife’s black Tahoe since October (beta). The roof has only seen weekly Z7 washes, and it’s still beading like a mad man, and laughed at old man winter 

On the paint, Z5Pro and/or Z2Pro, CS, and Z8 take a well prepped finish to another level. IMHO it makes your daily driver look like a show car!

When Z5Pro came out last year, I thought, this is as good as it’s going to get. Sal must never rest because with the release of CS, the bar has been raised yet again!

Again, Job well done! You do excellent work.
