Ferraris on the Circle 09 - 02-15-2009, 07:53 AM

I tried to get some shots of cars that weren't there before. For those of you who haven't seen; Here is a couple links of the shows from the last 2 years.

Ferraris on the Circle 07

Ferraris on the Circle 08

Here was some from this year-

That's all the Ferrari pics I took. Most of them were the same as last year.

My daughter drooled over this one. She thinks it would make a nice first car for her.

An interesting Bugatti-

A Spyker C8 Laviolette-

Here's the first Lamborghini I ever payed attention to - The Countach

An exposed Lambo Engine-

A nice Cobra-

There were quite a few swirled up cars as usual. This Ford GT was bad-

This Corvette was swirled bad too. Just shows that a camera can be very forgiving-

A purple SLR

Who can help me name this one?

We saw a big commotion by this statue on the way out so we stopped on the way back to find out what it was. 150 couples got married at the same time! This statue is a pretty popular attraction down at our Island Park.

Here it is with a painting someone was doing while we were there.

It was another beautiful day in sunny Sarasota! I figured these pics would have caused a couple of you to move down here by now.

WOW That is not a Ferrari but a Cheetah. That was GM's answer to the Cobra and Daytona Coupe. IIRC it was based on what else corvette running gear with a tube frame chassis. Too bad it was way too late when they finally got their act together for that car.

Thanks for the info. It had the Ferrari look to it but no logos.

Thanks for sharing the photos Troy. It looked like a really good time. I hope you passed out your business card to the Ford GT owner.

Thanks for sharing Troy! I completely forgot about this, or I would have come down.
