What order?

Any thoughts to which one of these is more abrasive?

S100 Shine Enhancing Cleaner or Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish.

i.e. which would you recommend applying first?

I think "abrasive" is a relative term here. Both these products are so mild that they can hardly be compared to something like a fine cut cleaner. Both have *some* cleaning ability but not much.



I`m not sure I`d use both. I think one will negate the other. I have both and like the S100 better but if I was sticking with the BF system I`d use that instead.

mx5gary- Like bretfraz said, I`m not sure they`re compatible. I`m pretty sure the BF is more abrasive than the GEPC, but the BF claims to do some MINOR filling and to provide a good "base" for BFII, so applying it first won`t work (the GEPC would remove the fillers and whatever else BF leaves behind). I`ve debated which to use under BFII myself, and I haven`t decided yet for exactly the reasons bretfraz mentioned. :nixweiss

I had read on this board (although exactly when and where, I forget) that the S100 SEC/P21S GEPC and the BF Polish had a synergistic effect when used together. I`ve tried using the polish with and without the S100/P21S, and truthfully, I couldn`t tell that much of a difference. I used the P21s GEPC under the BF Polish.

Thought I read someting like that also, hence the question.



I believe Terry of CMA said something of the synergistic of the BF2 polish and another polish, I don`t think it was S100 SEC.



Guess I will take the easy way than and do one car with the BF2`s and the other with the S100`s.
