Your product is very good. I`m actually going to pick up a bottle when it comes available here. After putting a coat on the black Stratus with zero prep (ugh, winter is still lurking around here, it was just a quick coat), I conclude that maybe it just does nothing for metallic paint, or nothing can do anything for metallic paint.

However, the smell. THE SMELL OF NXT IS BAD. It makes me itch. I itch all over. My garage smells like a french prostitute. This is not the type of image I want to portray to the neighbors.

Please, if you are reading, please do something about the smell.

    Sincerely,

    Corey

I seem to have a mild allergic reaction to it... makes me salivate. Anyone else experience similar side-effects?

I wholeheartedly agree with Corey. I hate it when manufacturers add perfumes to products. I loved the solvent smell of the #80 I put on just last week, but not the smell of the NXT that I followed it up with. Unfortunately, though, I think that most people prefer the sweet, sickening artificial scents...:sosad

:nixweiss Maybe they had `smell-a-vision` when they had that game show skit with French prostitutes on Saturday Night Live (Garth Brooks was in the skit). :p

Personally, I like the smell of NXT but I haven`t used it an enclosed area with limited ventilation either.

I love the smell of nxt. The only other product I think smells better is souveran. But I am not a fan of the additives they had to put in it to make it smell that way.

Personally, i think that nxt smells soo good. The smell is strong but it really has a very nice scent. That lime scent sometimes is addictive.

To me it smells like dish washing liquid with a lime scent.

My paint is Midnight black, which is black with metalic blue. I had preped the paint, clay, 3MSMR, AIO, SG, and NXT. The metallic does pop out more now. Sometimes I think too much because on certain light it looks as if the car had a lot of paint chips because of those metallic chips. In the end, car looks very nice, just as when I used #26 after AIO and SGx2, but not as slick though, so I may be stripping it down again.

It smelled good so I snuck it into the movie theater and ate it. Now my stomach hurts.

I actually like the smell in my enclosed garage. However, I also like the pure smell of #16 so I couldn`t be accused of being too particular.

I like the smell but really don`t buy my wax or polish because of the smell. I have tried NXT on 5 cars so far and it really seems to work on metallics and dark colours.
