I did my research and believe I found my system. I have used Zaino in the past with success, just not more than Z2.

Now I have a PC 7424 and some white LC pads, I plan on really going to town on this 528i.

    Here is plan::waxing:

    Wash w/ Z7

    Clay

    Wash

    ZPC with white pad

    Z2/ZFX by hand

    Z2/ZFX by hand

I already have two bottles of Z6..didnt spend the extra $20 for Z8. Might at some other time. Enough was enough with all the products I had to buy anyway.

Comments welcome. I will post before/after shots.

    thx

    Jim

You might need an orange pad if you have heavy swirls. You will be happy with the look and durability. Z8 really is nice-put it on your wish list for the future.

Thanks. I figured a new car wouldnt need the orange pad yet. But I can always get one in the future if I feel it isnt quite perfect enough.

What is the best method to polish the tight areas where the pad will not fit? Just by hand as best as possible?

    thx
    Jim

ZAIO and Z5 look really good on that color, I am sure Z2 will too. If the paint is new and swirl free, I`d go with ZAIO instead of ZPC.

    ^ my favorite combo

But after ZAIO and Z5, I add a layer of Z-CS, and Z-8 the next day.
Converted over to ONR & now Lowes grout sponge. Protected by 3M clear bra, and one layer of Zaino is all you need!
