oh man, those geekers got the jump on us again?
Its about time for me to replace my Speedy Prep towel. I wonder how the Optimum towel would compare in effectiveness and longevity ? I certainly like the price.
I`d assume is the same as the nanoskin autoscrub handy towel (almost identical in price) just colored differently from the manufacturer. (Not facts, just skepticism) I`ll wait to see if anyone does a longevity test on it before I think about purchasing
Just got mine, gotta break it in and have fun with it!

Nothing yet
Used mine, similar to Nanoskin although I have the Fine Grade for now. It pulls dirt out for sure.

I have been using Tarminator and a plastic scrubbie to detar. I would be interested in a sample to try it. That is if there is any. I don`t do any ten hour details, I am on the road many times, not in a shop. I cant spend a lot of time. But my rotary doesn`t leave much in the way of contaminants behind. In other words, might be over-kill for me.
May be slightly off topic... But when do you know its time to replace one of these towels?
Not sure there is a real good answer. I have heard claims from manufacturers of 25 to as high as 100 cars from one towel. I would guess if you notice it starting to mar a car more or if you notice it becoming ineffective and not pulling contaminants out/off of the paint. I will use mine 20 times or so then I will probably downgrade it to other duties whether that be bringing it to work to use on my work trucks or using it for rims or making older one a dedicated towel for lower body panels and behind wheels rear diffuser.
