How To: Wash Your Vehicle Using A Rinsless Car Wash System

    Sully’s Detailing How To Article
How To: Wash Your Vehicle Using A Rinsless Car Wash System

    Items Needed:
    · 2 Five Gallon Buckets with Grit Guards
    · Cobra Microfiber Mitt (Your favotite wash mitt also works)
    · Optima No Rinse Wash and Shine or DP Rinse less Wash and Gloss
    · Cobra Waffle Weave Microfiber Towels

    Steps:
    · Fill Both of your 2 five gallon buckets with 4 gallons of water. Now add 3oz. of DP Rinse less Wash and Gloss or Optima No Rinse Wash and Shine into one of the buckets. (One of the buckets is your wash bucket and the other is your rinse bucket)
    · Now dip your Cobra Microfiber Mitt into the wash bucket and wash your vehicle from top to bottom
    · When washing the vehicle use a back and forth motion with little to no pressure on the mitt letting the wash solution do the work.
    · When washing the vehicle make sure that your always rinse the Cobra Microfiber Mitt (with the rinse bucket) before you dip the mitt into the wash solution and contiue to wash your vehicle
    · After you have fully washed one section of the vehicle dry it with your Cobra Waffle Microfiber Towel.

Note: This is intended to be used on vehicle that have little dirt on them. Some section might take more than wash application. Also After you have washed all the paint you can use the same solution to wash your wheels and tires. Also it would be best to wash the vehicle out of dirrect sunlight

Sully, thanks for the note on using the waterless wash on wheels and tires. I can see why you guys use a hose only to water the lawn and garden. Can`t wait to buy some and try it out. Tom

I think it`s not a bad idea to spray down each panel with rinseless wash solution before hitting it with the mitt. Especially on black.

I`d rather use 6-8 towels that never go back in the solution to contaminate it....
