Well this is detailing 101, so here goes.

How my older one got the younger one to help him, I aint got a clue.

Till a couple of years agi, I couldn't get the older one to help. Now the younger one won't help much. (says i yell at him too much, and he doesn't want to do something wrong)

Says his arms hurt after using the buffer.

Formerly the "Best Detailer", now just Super Wax Waster Man. Not necessarily tactful, but normally right. It's good to be da King !!!

You probably do yell at him too much, I don't blame him for not wanting to detail with you

Don't worry, Ron. Once he gets a little older and discovers girls, he'll have new motivation. The car will never be too clean, the gas tank never too full :-)

I remember tinting windows on my brothers 69 Chevelle, he was 16 and I was 15. He got a little tiny needle like line, and flipped out. I don't want to post the details of his rage. but another roll of tint was only 10 bucks. When he would get mad, i would just back up, and say nothing! lol

I have to be honest. I've read this post about six times and look at the picture of your boy working and I get emotional. I think it would be the most amazing thing to be able to teach my son how to do something I like to do and teaching them to do it the right way. I don't have any children, even though my wife and I have been trying to. Sorry to sound like a chick but I think your so lucky to have a child that par takes in a hobby that you enjoy.

It's good to have a little help. Especially taught the right way.

My baby brother has started helping me with washing and drying. I've been teaching him as much as he is willing to learn. Machine polishing is next
