I'm surprised no one has brought this up... how about D-151? I've been generally impressed with it. I save the 205 for multi-step polishing paired with 105.

I would say for a one step, with protection, right now I like Megs 151

For a one pass polish with no protection, I say Menzerna SIP

For a one step polish and wax/sealant it is a toss up between PwS or D-151 for me. It usually comes down to if I like the person. If I like them they get PwS topped with Natty's blue as a bonus cause I am generous and want a repeat costumer.

For a one pass polish I am totally sold on P0203 power finish. I used it on my friends not well kept Ranger and it took out some defects that I would have thought would have needed more attention. Plus it finished down on his ROCK hard Fusion to LSP ready I though I would need to follow up with something else. Now if he would only keep his cars clean.

Polish W/sealant from the products I have used. I like that it's easy to apply, easy to remove and leaves a nice finish. Not to mention I don't have to worry about trim or applying during the summer heat.

If you are patient and careful one can use ProPolish to handle what you just described. Get your rotary out and pick a pad. ProPolish is capable of doing as you described but very pad dependent.

PwS will do it as well given the same treatment and the only need to top would be for your detailers eye. Protection will last longer than one thinks.
