ONR used as a pad prep? - 02-18-2010, 05:20 PM

instead of getting the Pinnacle twins i'd like to see if you guys have used ONR (diluted) to spray the LC pads before cutting and polishing. I would imagine you could. Any luck with using the product? By the way since im only doing family cars i thought i'd just get a 12 pack of those cleaner packets. thanks. Elk

I've used PB's S&W to prime pads before. Don't know why you couldn't do the same with ONR, diluted of course.

I missed the 12-pack cleaners part. Are you talking about these pad cleaners? Snappy Clean Pad Cleaning Powder, foam pad cleaner, lake country pad cleaner, wool pad cleaner, citrus foam pad cleaner, polishing pad cleaner I've never used that specific product, I have used this product http://http://www.autogeek.net/dp730.html. I am quite satisfied with the results.
