Floor mat clamp

I am looking for a set of floor mat clamps. I would like to have a set like the ones that are hanging on the walls at most tunnel washes. I am having a hard time finding them at a decent price. I know at one time or another i have seen them on a site but now i am not having any luck.

Yes indeed it is. I am just using a regular clamp now and it is all rusted out
