Removing paint overspray?

I hear a lot of talk of paint overspray removal working as a detailer hand in hand with commercial house painters. I personally know a lot of painters and want to cash in on this opportunity for bussiness. What procedure do you guys and gals out there on this forum use to remove overspray from this type of paint? Thanks for any information, Dave

Clay is one, and mineral spirits is another...both are very effective....clay would be my first choice...house paint is water based so it will come of easy

Yep, good 'ol "overspray" clay, which is more aggressive than your standard detail clay. Meguiars has one as does others. Most are red in color to distinguish it from your normal softer clays.

Just limit the use of it only in the area you have the problem.

Use your good clay for normal fixed on dirt/dust on a finish.

Wet sanding is a process that not many are comfortable in doing, much less to suggest it for some simple OS...your explanation of the process is less than helpful. Paint thinners can work but CAN be very harsh on clear and should be used in only extreme cases.

And you last suggestion it tops the cake IMO

Maybe a bit harsh for this forum, and for that I apologize. This gets back to the link that I provided about giving experienced advice, hands on experience. Not merely suggesting something that you've read. Or really doesn't give an answer to the OP question
