Wal Mart had some the last time i was in there. In a variety of colors, too, so you might have a hard time choosing between them....
You might could try a lint roller or duct tape if you`re in a bind and needed something that you already had on hand.....I still don`t believe in grit guards.

The W-M`s in my area also carry those brushes. I have several. Used in conjunction with the 3M style roller, as suggested above, you`ll have a very effective tool.
