Cool new tip for cleaning and dressing your exterior trim.

I got this from the instruction of BlackWow trim dressing, but i have been applying it to my use of PB Trim restorer.

Before the wash every few weeks, I liberally apply trim restorer to all plastic and exterior rubber. I make sure to really rub it in. I then proceed to clean my wheels, tires, and wells. Once done, I have given the trim restorer enough time to absorb into the rubber and plastic. I then go ahead and wash ym car like normal. After the wash, w/e excess product I may have used or gotten on the paint has been washed away, leaving me with a rich looking plastic and rubber.

This also helps on plastic pieces that streak after a rain from the excess product.

Ehh, not much of a time saver, but a new way to apply your product for sure!

Hmm...I like the idea, especially the cleaning up part of it. But do you go over the trim first with some type of cleaner to get the dirt off of the trim first?

Great tip! I also do this before waxing the vehicle. Applying a protectant to the black trim and moldings trim reduces the risk of staining if you happen to get some polish or wax on it by accident.

Well I do this on my own personal vehicle and meant it for our properly maintained vehicles. Dirt doesn't accumulae as much and the cleaners in PB Trim Restorer are really strong.
