Maybe some Poorboy's Trim Restorer?? Pictures of the trim in question would help in diagnosis.

I don't believe in grit guards.

If they look like brown spots or stains, try some AIO or PB Pro Polish. Works nice on plastic. Smooth plastic that is, textured plastic is another story.

Whoops. Klasse AIO. Its a chemical cleaner normally recommended for use on paint, but so effective and versatile that it can be used on just about anything, including plastic.

My dad has the same problem on his car. I tried "Amazing Rolloff" then topped with TR. It came out looking great, but didn't last long. Now back to square one.

Detail City's Store, Autogeek.net, anywhere online. Klasse All-In-One seems to be a very common product, You'll find it somewhere.
